How many bags did you sold?
We sold over 1000 fanmade bags of SEVENTEEN, EXO, and NCT in the Philippines and in different parts of the world including US, America, Australia, Mexico, and Canada.
How does pre-order works?
Pre-order starts once the collection is posted. The pre-order period will be from the date of release of collection until the deadline of order. After the deadline of payment, production will start.
How long will be the production of my order/s?
Tote Bags: 4-5 Weeks after Deadline of Payment (ETA to our address)
Can I place an order even if I'm not from Philippines?
Please message us first before placing an order.
We really discourage placing an individual international order since the shipping fee will be too expensive to cover it alone. We encourage you to join a group order instead since we allow multiple GOs.
We have group order managers that might host a group order for your country so that it will lessen the international shipping fee. You can contact them if you want them to host a group order.

What are your mode of payments?
We can accept payments through GCASH and MAYA for PH. For international group orders, we can accept payments through Paypal (friends & family) only.
What countries have you shipped before?
We already shipped to Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Mexico, France, Spain, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, USA, Poland, Costa Rica, Brazil.
Where can I see my order updates?
We post updates in our X account (@cosmic_clubph) with tag #cosmic_clubupdates.
Terms and Conditions
Please read carefully before placing an order.
1. STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS.
Please place an order if you are 100% sure. If you have a valid reason for cancellation, we might reconsider the conditions. You will have to pay for a cancellation fee worth 50% of your total bill.
2. BE PATIENT.
Production of bags will take 4 weeks after the deadline of payment. Please expect some delays in the delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. no canvas stock, more time to assemble the bags, etc.)
2. THE PRICES LISTED ARE FOR THE PRODUCTS ONLY. SHIPPING FEE IS EXCLUDED.
We will not collect the shipping fee as it will be cash on delivery (shipping fee only) for Gogo Xpress.
4. WE ONLY ACCEPT FULL PAYMENTS.
You can pay full on or before our deadline of payment. We do not accept 50% downpayments.
5. PLEASE PAY ON TIME.
There will be an increment of PHP 20 per succeeding day that you won’t be able to settle your balance from the DOP. Any unsettled payments within 5 days after DOP will automatically be cancelled.
6. SHIPMENT ISSUES
We will make sure that your bags will be packed with utmost care from our part but if there are unforeseen shipping damages/delays, we are not liable for those.
If your item gets lost, it’s not our responsibility anymore. Please state your complete address as well as the shipping instructions in our shipping form so that there will be no problems in delivery.
7. RETURN POLICY
If you received wrong/defective items, please send us a message on our X/Instagram accounts. Kindly send a video/picture showing the defective/wrong item.
However, if there are damages during shipment, we are not liable for those. Shipping damages will be the courier's responsibility not ours.
8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, please DM US FIRST before placing an order. Shipping fee will be too expensive to cover it alone so if you know anyone who will be willing to host a group order, please let us know.
